A new project! This workshop is an interactive, fun and hands-on workshop for anyone aged 6 and above. You will be using real tools in a real workshop, based here in Townsville. If booking for a child, please note that they are parent accompanied workshop, where a parent/guardian is required to stay for the duration of the workshop. You never know, you may even learn a few skills yourself! Woodworking is an excellent way to increase your co-ordination, enhance problem solving skills, spatial awareness and unleash creative ability. The workshop runs for approx. 2 hours and each participant will build their own timber owl hanger to take home. Each project is customisable. They will learn how to use tools such as the drop saw, cordless drill, impact driver, hole saw, square, F clamps, and a variety of skills too. There will be an opportunity to paint this project with a variety of colours on offer. As always, enclosed shoes are a must.
