RETURN POLICY

Online Confirmation Email
Your online order confirmation email is required for all returns and below policies. Please ensure you have it available if requested by Life Skills Queensland.

Change Your Mind
You have 30 days to get your order back to us providing that it is not damaged and unused for a full refund less shipping.

Faults
The fault will need to be assessed for repair or replacement. We will honour the manufacturer’s warranty duration. Some manufacturers require the item to be returned to them prior to us providing the replacement. You may be without a product for a reasonable amount of time.

Non-Matching Items
If the items do not match the order, please let us know so we can rectify.

Damaged Products
Please do not accept the delivery if the packaging is damaged. If the product is found damaged upon unpacking, please take photos of the packaging. We will then arrange for the items to be replaced, collected if required or refunded.

Consumer Guarantee
Life Skills Queensland require proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Where an item/order is damaged through misuse or abnormal use we will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. If an item/order is faulty, you have a right under Australian Consumer Law.
