Service Description
Learning the art of pyrography. Welcome to come alone or work together with your child/children. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of pyrography and how to use a drill and electric sander. Pyrography is the technique of decorating wood or other materials with burn marks. This will be taught by Tamika from Tamika's Pyrography. The workshop will run for approximately 2-2.5 hours. The first half of the workshop is preparing the timber including drilling the hole for the candle and sanding. This will be followed by drawing the tree on the timber, practice burning and then pyrography of tree onto candle. Enclosed shoes are a must. Open to both adults and kids (over the age of 8). A great way to introduce yourself to the art of woodworking and pyrography.
